At Aqara, we stand behind the quality of our smart home technology and offer a 30-day window for returns on items purchased directly through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the serial number of the device you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the device is factory reset to protect your privacy.
- 3.Ship the Device
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
